Medical Case Management Administrative Nurse (LPN)
This position is responsible for providing administrative and technical/telephonic support for the medical case management team. The support will include the development, preparation and analysis of various management and performance reports; manage hard and electronic files and assist in quality control billing audits and research as directed.

RN Medical Case Manager (Carlsbad)
Third party administrator Integrion Group has an opening for an experienced Medical Case Manager to provide early intervention in the care of patients and facilitate their return to work. Integrion’s Medical Case Managers expertly guide the recovery process to assure that patients receive top-quality, cost-effective care that’s appropriate for their needs. They proactively maintain contact with patients, employers and medical providers throughout the recovery process, collaborating with all to assess, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate the care and services received.

Our preferred candidate holds an RN or BSN degree from an accredited university or college of nursing. You should also have a current jurisdictional nursing license as well as a working knowledge of case management philosophy, processes, outcomes and goals. The position requires 2-4 years of clinical experience related to trauma, rehabilitation therapy, orthopedics, workers’ compensation, occupational medicine or medical-surgical nursing, with experience and knowledge in claims management, medical case management and record management communication systems and technology.

Other essentials include excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times. You’ll need to be able to pay strong attention to detail, planning and documentation in order to record patient care activities completely and accurately. A satisfactory driving record and a working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are also required.
