History
Integrion Group was founded in 1965 as Keenan & Associates, a family-owned third-party administrator and independent adjusting firm. Based in Albuquerque, the company grew over the course of the next half-century to serve entities and agencies across the state. In 1975, the New Mexico Property & Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association appointed Keenan & Associates as its servicing facility, a role we still hold today. In 2012, the prominent New Mexico TPA was purchased and got a new name—Integrion Group. We expanded our service lines soon after, offering a full range of insurance solutions to groups of all sizes. We also broadened our territory, opening an office in Phoenix to provide selected services to clients across Arizona. Today we handle New Mexico and Arizona claims and medical case management referrals for nearly one hundred insurance carriers throughout the country. With our highly customized risk management solutions, clients can choose to receive either comprehensive claims administration or just the specific services they need.
